The Aviation and Aerospace Development minister, Festus Keyamo, says Nigeria will review the Bilateral Air Service Agreement (BASA) with Algeria. Keyamo disclosed this on Tuesday when the Algerian Ambassador, Hacine Lalti, paid him a courtesy visit in his office.
